This used to be me. I used to follow the crowd and fly under the radar, to make people feel comfortable or to blend in. Those days are GONE!!! I am finally FREE TO BE ME!!!<\/p>
This was not easy but I achieved it by following some basic ideals <\/p>
1. Accepting my differences. It\u2019s OK to be me.<\/p>
2. Only doing things that bring me joy.<\/p>
3. Learning to say NO. Its not selfish.<\/p>
4. Establishing boundaries. Protect your energy.<\/p>
5. Stop caring about what other people think. I discovered this a couple of years ago when someone said \u201c what other people think about you is none of your business\u201d this completely changed my perspective and got rid of my people pleasing ways. <\/p>
6. Always be grateful. Whether its your health, job, place to live or people in your life. Practice gratitude everyday.<\/p>
By implementing these six ideals I have completely changed my life. I hope they can change yours too.<\/p>
I have more energy, less stress, better sleep and more time to focus on the people and things that make me happy. One of these things is my business. I get to create products that allow me to express my point of view, my designs are an insight into what it\u2019s like inside my head(I\u2019ll leave you to come to your own conclusions about that). I step outside the house and people look at the clothes and ask \u201cwhere did you get that?\u201d I just smile, tell them I designed it and than them for the compliment.<\/p>
